Feels gd to be back in hall in the afternoon. Think its v peaceful coming back to a quiet house. Its been pretty busy lately and feels quite gd to finally have some alone time. It used to be nice being at home in the afternoon hugging a warm bloster to slp.
Yep.. I haven been home yet. After swimming and dinner wif Melvin Jianxue last nite, Jianxue suggested going back to hostel to 'study'. So we 'studied' till 5 in the morn. Wasnt productive. But at least i managed to get thru a few chaps in CPE102. Melvin was right. We wouldnt be studying. Hahahah..
Woke up at 11 to go and collect the nike race pack. The queue was horrible. Seriously inefficient. Luckily for us, i saw alvin chua, who was near the counter when i arrived. And for some reason, the staff stationed at the barricate did not see that we were in the queue. And told us to move to the back. CRAZY!! She obviously did not know how long the queue was to even suggest that. If we had moved to the back we would have taken another 3 hrs at least to reach our spot. Arguing and insisting u're right does work though. Hahaha.. She let us through.
Supposed to go to Ma Guang after tt, but felt too lazy to get off the bus. NTU is seriously out of the way from everywhere. Decided to come back and study while there's nobody in hall to distract me. Kind of nice to be alone in hall on Sunday afternoons. Especially when its raining.

I gt no time to blog. Just realised i am never in the room from 7 to 9 pm every nite. There's always something going on. SHiok.
YOoo.. I'm back! Back to resurrect my blog. Let's start wif hall camp started 2 wks ago.
28th July ~ 2nd AugHall camp started off wif the usual ice-breaking games. Like Kristin mentioned b4 the camp, there was a lack of guys. Including me, there were 3 guys at first. Max came awhile ltr which made it 4. Guess how many gals there were?? Just over ten of them. U prob cant tell my tone here but i definitely wasnt complaining.
Hall camp being the first camp i went to, was quite enjoyable for me. Not much rushing ard and playing embarrassing games. I felt the whole theme was quite cool. It was a total change from camps in jc where most of the plans were thought up by teachers. Teachers are no fun. The theme of the camp was pirates. And the 4 OGs were supposed to be fighting for gold coins to be the next ruler of paradise island as Captain Chew was stepping down. I think the programmers really put in a lot of effort thinking of the games as most had storylines accompanied wif them.
First 2 days of the camp was really getting dirty and playing games in sch. First nite was initiation nite. Basically a nite for seniors to do stupid things to freshies. Next year will be my turn. 2nd day was games in the field. I rmb this chair game. ZZZZ. I seriously suck at scissors paper stone. Just missed the end pt by 1 chair for like 3 4 times.
In my opinion wed was the start of the fun. Left sch wif our SPs on wed afternoon. We were supposed to go ard spore on some lovers trail thing.
Ester: So sry u missed your test. Hope ur next test date wont be too far away. The game i had to play was quite mild. Just biting some apple. Daryl had a pretty interesting day though. He and his SP were dancing and singing for the seniors who were 4 fours up while ppl on the 1st floor were staring at them wondering wat they're doing. Think there was some kissing in some lift too. Hahahhaha. It was dinner wif SunQuan and Yanting after our game. 18 year old gals are easily impressed. Those tt wanna impress them go get a debit card and sign when u pay. Hahahah. There was even a movie after tt to complete the date. Pretty awesome day considering wat i heard they had last year.
Next few days was beach games and a lot of running ard for amazing race. The APUS gals are seriously impressive. All the clues for the amazing race, they solved within the first few minutes of seeing them. What's more, the 3 overseas students seem to noe spore better than the sporeans. Knowing the bus routes and solving all the clues.
We won the rafting comp wif our A-frame raft. So we set off first for the amazing race. But at the end of the 2 days, APUS came back 3rd. Hahahah.. Dun worry. Next year go back as senior. SURE WIN!!
