Pink Road Bike
Cool man. I gt the road bike from Hong Wen. But its pink. Really feel like repainting it. Or as Chiewyee suggests, cover it with black stickers. Anw, thanks Hong Wen for the bike. Rather look gay riding a pink bike than not being able to walk after cycling 42km on a mountain bike.
Went for some fitness coach seminar this morn. Boon Keng keep disturbing Melvin. Damn funnny. Should go on another holiday with them man. Bangkok with them was fantastic.
Techno to kick off the day
Aweesoommee.. Today is a good day. In the short span of 3 hrs amazing things happened.
Ooo firstly, a party organising company called me to ask if i would like to go down for an interview with them. Finally a job that i actually like, organising parties for kids. Getting paid to play with kids, wat more is there to ask for. Fun comes first. And i think if u're doing something you enjoy, everything else will fall into place. Oh and Aaron if u read my blog, i need u to teach me balloon sclupting. Probably need u to teach me how to spell sclupting too.
Oooo, den my cousin called to ask me some stuff. Cool. Haven talked to her in a long time. She's now a manager in Capland. I should visit her some time. Haven seen her in awhile man. Used to be my favourite cousin. The only person who took me shopping for bday presents on my bday during the first 15 years of my life. Shld return the favour to her gals.
OOoooooo and it jus so happens that Hong Wen is giving away a free road bike. And i jumped at the offer. So now i got a road bike for my triathlon. My Msn personal message can finally be changed. He actually wanted to give it to me but decided that it would be better that he loaned it to me long term so he could have it back when he wanted it. Fine with me man. Just grateful i don't have to cycle 42 km on my heavy mountain bike.
And wat has techno to kick off the day gt to do with any of these? Well i love techno. Especially Initial D techno. Listening to it in the morn get my spirits up. And when u're high and happy i guess nothing will really get you down and u'll jus attract more good things to come your way. This is the law of attraction. You should all read the book or watch the video of The Secret. Does wonders.

Dun need to work alrd la... Hahahahahha.. I'm too happening. What's more, uni holidays are starting. As I recall, the last uni holidays had me giving up a 2k a month plus commission job cos i wanted to play. Hahahahhaaha.. Wats money when you cant enjoy it.

To work or not to work
I think i got a saving problem. Whether i work or not doesnt matter because my spending is in direct proportion to my income. So far i think i haven worked for like 5 weeks. And i would say i have spent quite little as compared to the time when i was working. After not working for so long, i'm pretty lazy to start work. And none of the jobs really interest me. Bumming is addictive. I wouldnt say its a waste of time because you can learn quite a lot of stuff on the internet. Boring........
Slacking my life away.
Reminder to self, buy that nice pair of Reef board shorts at Flash n Splash Citylink. I need to go shopping. B4 that i need a job. And b4 that i need to stop limping around. 4 weeks without a job. Explains the blog posts 2 days in a row.
Surprisingly, I'm not bored without a job. Tot i would be rotting at home by now. Think i've reached a whole new level of laziness where i don't get bored bumming around. Just looking fwd to May now. There's a plan for every wkend in May. Awesommeeeee!!
Party Pooper
Oh man.. Leg injured. Can't do anything. Oh and no more chalet. Can't get the cheap one and i dun feel willing to spend 400 bucks on a chalet when i can get 1 which is cheaper and better another day. Though the significance is gone, but i never really had the habit of celebrating my bday anw.
Ooooo and i met my RT men at the specs shop at wheellock jus nw. Hope i get more discount if i buy sunglasses from him. Think its time to start shopping for uni alrd. Lucky for me, i'm going ntu, where wearing t-shirt and shorts is considered to be overdressed. Think i'll jus wear singlet and running shorts. Den i'll buy a nice sweater or jacket if i feel cold. So my expensive outfit would be my jacket. Just buy a really nice one and i can wear it everyday without people saying i have no clothes to wear. Sounds like a good plan.
Fully Booked
Wth....... Can't even get a chalet on 17th May. I was wondering yesterday why is that date so popular until i looked at the calendar. Vesak day is on 19th May. And so everywhere is fully booked except Island Resort, which is so expensive i might not even consider it a last resort. So much for throwing a party. Oh well.. Maybe in July.
Fell face first, drank some water, maybe ate some fishes
Yes for those who alrd noe, i went to batam for a day of cable skiing with Daryl, Guoxi and Shawn. It was like a last minute thing actually.
Shawn msged us on Sunday, "Lets go cable skiing leh. Tuesday i off." I tot it would be like just an impulse thing and the plan would never materialise.
Monday. Daryl: "Ok. Book alrd. Tmr 830 at harbourfront." Hahahaha! Shiok. So after squashing on monday i went home still thinking "Wah I'm going batam tmr."
Tuesday morn. Almost overslpt cos i was too lazy to wake up. Fortunately my mum called and woke me up. Met the rest for breakfast at Seah Im foodcentre opposite harbourfront centre which btw is a place for ripoffs and crappy food. I noe there's always better food elsewhere Sam Haha, but luckily this bunch doesnt really bother abt food. Cheap is good. Anw, checked in at the ferry terminal. Its quite high tech now man. Ur boarding pass is now an Ezlink card thing. Just tap it and the gates will open. CoOl.
Ferry ride there took about 1 hr. Ok nvm. This is getting draggy. Lets skip to the exciting part. (Make a Gek Sai face like Hiro in Heroes to travel through time.)
Woooo. We're at batam now. Arrived at the place. Its something like a beach house. Just that its facing a pond. So lets call it a pond house. The whole place was empty except for us and this lady who btw i think is damn cool. Talk abt her ltr. So we had the whole place to ourselves and they were blasting music. Really like a resort jus that the place is a bit run down. Good thing with having the whole place to ourselves means that we wont have to look so stupid, cos we're still new to it and also the fact that we don't have to queue.
Alright man. Lets get wet. Tried the kneeboard first. Its where u're kneeling down instead of standing up on the board. Not too bad. Got 2 rounds on the first try. Went on to wakeboard after i fell into the water. They have this motorbike to pick u up if fall quite fall from the start point. S-class service.
Anw, wakeboard. WOooo. Hahahahhah. Fell like 2 times at the starting point. And after guoxi insulted me i went about 100 metres on the 3rd try. Sporeans cannot praise. Must insult and they'll do better. So my frens, if i insult u, its for your own good. After my success Shawn was next. Daryl could already do it since its his 2nd time there. I think i'm getting naggy. Such things happen when you get older. Just watch the videos man.
