After 2 months of bumming, i finally decided to send my resume to Adecco to get a temp job. Adecco is way better than Recruit Express. They get you higher paying jobs just as fast as RE. So this week i'm working at ESPN as a Sorting Executive. Job scope: Specialise in sorting millions of tapes that are all over the office. Tapes arent as light as they seem. And they get heavier as the day goes by. Even though my job requires much more specialised skill, Daryl argues that its in the ranks of Clicking Specialise.
ESPN is seriously a heaven for Sportsmen. Just stepping out of the lift, you are greeted by about 10 TVs each showing the various sporting channels for different countries. And the adventure continues as you walk through the office, which i must say is huge. TVs are everywhere, even at the desk of employees. How they get any work done is a miracle. And they have a few pantries each equipped with your standard drinks machine. Only that instead of taking out ur wallet and counting your coins, you don't. ITS FREE!! Just press the button. And did i mention Jamie Yeo looks fantastic in person.
Anw, Tuesday's supposed to be movie day but could not agree on a common movie so we decided to go to SRCC to watch the Prince Open. Wah atmosphere was good man. I tot it would just be Daryl Grace and me. Turns out a lot of ppl went down. The J1s this year, Annabel, Coach Weiqi n Yimin. Damn happening. Luckily we skipped the movie.
Grace was actually 1 point away from winning a national player cos of the handicap given. -25 for National Player n +3 for Grace. Could be due to Coach lisiaoing her that helped her relaxed. Hahahhahah. Just imagine him refreeing your match with a mike. Might be the first time someone throws a racket at the refree. Hahahahah. Full of nonsense. "Grace, don't be so tense. No shouting in the court." I remember seeing a lot of ppl watching her match. Wasnt very intense. Think they were watching cos Coach was talking nonsense.
