Whoever said like father like son obviously didn't noe wat he was talking abt man. I'm turning into my mum, cleaning for fun. I'm a cleanliness freak. Ahh.. She raised me well. My mum would be proud. Started out as an attempt to clear the drumset into somewhere out of sight. So after looong minutes of sitting on the chair and forming mind maps in my head, I had a plan. And it resulted in a massive effort of spring cleaning.
Started with the top 2 cabinets. I haven touched them for as long as i remembered and i tot since i was packing everything, i might as well do a good job. And so i took out everything(Seriously everything. Even unscrewed the cabinet doors) so that i could wipe them clean. Den i did so for the rest of the shelves and cabinets.
Self Discovery: I'm a perfectionist.
And after 2 intensive weeks of mum-like cleaning and throwing out stuff, I've finally managed to moved my drumset in 1 of the cabinets. Next would be wat to do with the empty space there. I was thinking beanbag. Or maybe get some nice cushions and a rug. So i can put them away when not in use. Storage for beanbag is a problem. Another one would be a tall coffee table. Think it would sit well at the foot of my bed. Sitting there looking out of the window would be quite nice.
Daryl had some nice ideas though. Place a nice guitar there. Looks good even if i don't play. Btw, cheer up dude. U're doing great. Better than i was anyway.
